- Using vegetable-based inks and coatings that are environmentally safe, ensuring that our packaging solutions are kind to the planet.
- Maintaining a chemical-free prepress department, including printing plate processing.
- Utilizing adhesives that are water-based and recyclable.
- Implementing internal water conservation techniques and heating our plant with hot air reclaimed from manufacturing equipment.
- Recycling all waste from the manufacturing process, including: box cuttings (each year recycling over 1,000,000 pounds), ink cans, steel strapping, steel and plastic barrels, aluminum printing plates.
